Hi Pankaj, it is actually simple as with any other software which you can have onprem or in cloud. The Sinch Contact Pro is the same software in both cloud and onprem. With cloud, you have 4 version releases per year and you don't have to take care about the infrastructure. On the other hand, you have limited possibilities of out-of-standard customizations/enhancements/modifications. Version change means usually some downtime within some defined window and business has to adapt to this. Usually not problem, only if you have critical call center 24x7, but you can always manage this with Sinch. With onprem, there are about 2 versions (Feature Packs) releases yearly, derived from some cloud version, so you will get new features later. You have to have a skilled technical consultant/admin to install and manage the system. You have the system fully under control, so you can do some special features and modifications out of standard (but without Sinch support, of course). There is also different licensing/subscription for both models. We have several customers running SAP C4C with onprem and cloud Sinch Contact Pro and it works pretty well with both. BR, Dawood
