Hi Lopedius,   maybe you should first check CDT logs on workstation - if there is something blocking connection (I would guess connectivity to Connection Server in VU Agent), then you will not see any error on server, because the connection request will not reach it. Check CDT logs in %temp% folder, if you did not change default settings. Naming of files is described here: CDT Logs . Of course, tools like you have suggested, are on different level and more capable in terms of media, detection, and reports. Hi Piotr, we have modified the CommPanel in order to autogreet. We drive the parameters from IVR using CAD, i.e. for some queues we enable autogreet, for some not. It is currently under test with customer but we also consider this as a temporary solution. I assume standard feature from Sinch will be implemented as a server-side solution but we will see. We are probably in a similar situation as you are - our customer is using years our addon based on CDT ClientComm and migrating to CommPanel without autogreeting is not acceptable for them, naturally.   BR,   Dawood ... Hi Pankaj,   it is actually simple as with any other software which you can have onprem or in cloud. The Sinch Contact Pro is the same software in both cloud and onprem. With cloud, you have 4 version releases per year and you don't have to take care about the infrastructure. On the other hand, you have limited possibilities of out-of-standard customizations/enhancements/modifications. Version change means usually some downtime within some defined window and business has to adapt to this. Usually not problem, only if you have critical call center 24x7, but you can always manage this with Sinch.   With onprem, there are about 2 versions (Feature Packs) releases yearly, derived from some cloud version, so you will get new features later. You have to have a skilled technical consultant/admin to install and manage the system. You have the system fully under control, so you can do some special features and modifications out of standard (but without Sinch support, of course).   There is also different licensing/subscription for both models.   We have several customers running SAP C4C with onprem and cloud Sinch Contact Pro and it works pretty well with both.   BR, Dawood ... It seems that SAP has finally released the FP19 for SAP contracted customers as well, official OSS note is 3360509 - SAP Contact Center Feature Pack 19 download instructions - SAP for Me .   However, 3 Sinch already released hotfixes are not yet available under SAP download - hopefully, they will get there soon too... ... Hello Nina,   I think hotfix would be more appropriate. There are many customers under SAP contract on the newest version FP18, as FP19 is not yet available for them. Hi,   this is quite common requirement, I suggest you  read the IVR documentation and search for a keyword "datetime" (https://docs.cc.sinch.com/cloud/ivr-development-guide/en/IVR_Development_Guide.pdf ). This way you can query current time and branch your IVR accordingly.   Another option is to use a schedule assigned to some dummy queue and query on open/closed queue status. The latter is better for management, i.e. you have all time/date dependent data in one place. Hi, I can confirm Nina's post, Kamilio works - but it is more suitable for partner hosting, rather than for onprem deployment at customer installation. Hi Aldets,   this is really funny, we have EXACTLY the same cases. Two are with customers, where we didn't do the original installation, so we did not have the environment fully under control. But just recently, we were able to reproduce the issue in our neat and clean lab environment. Hi Alder, we do this in CRM, i.e. when email is picked, then in CRM context all open activities are shown (including campaigns). But I believe you can do something similar in Communication Panel's extension area, with help of restful interfaces, or manually using picklist functionality.  Just an idea..   BR, Dawood ...
