Hi team,
Our users log on using SSO.
The field logon name under Authentication of user details in System configurator has been misused in the past for something else, and I want to terminate that.
Can we over an export/import clear the logon name field for users who do not use an active password?
I tested this on our Qsystem, and it did not provide the desired result.
We use V10.0 Cloud.

Just wondering; would Sinch Contact Pro also be available in a web browser?
We have the cloud version V10.0 and it is so slow and becomes unresponsive many times a day.
With a web browser it would probably be faster and more stable.

Hi Community,
This question must be an easy one, yet, I couldn't find an answer here in the community or documentation.
We want to clean up our (cloud) system from old queues, queue groups, roles, schedules, calendars, users, user groups etc.
When I delete queues in Sinch today, can I still run historical reports in Business Objects next month over these queues, or is data lost forever?
Our service provider says yes, but I'm not convinced.

Hi Dawood, Yes, we already misuse queues as dummy queues to query open.close, but I was looking to make it leaner and add opening hours in the IVR and route either to menu 1 or menu, or even the an OOO message, based on ToD. I was experimenting and I feel I am close, but the condition does not return a true or false in the If-block. Do you have something like that?

Hi Community,
I am looking for an XML script that during opening hours from 9 to 12 and from 1 to 5, I offer an IVR menu with 3 options, but during lunch from 12 to 1 an IVR with only 2 options.
I don't want to use schedules or other, but want to route inside the IVR condition to menu 1 or 2 based on time of day. Anybody came across the same, or similar?
