Additional info: Microsoft is planning at some point to publish a fix that "disables" usage of Internet Explorer. This means that a user trying to open Internet Explorer in a way or other will be forwarded to Microsoft Edge automatically. The recommendation to Contact Pro customers is: - move into Communication Panel or start using CDT via Edge IE mode - if you have already moved to Edge IE mode, then no actions needed - or if you plan to keep using legacy Internet Explorer, then make sure your IT department won't install the fix on workstations

The script we are referring to are related to Python 2 to 3 upgrade. Python is builtin to Contact Pro and you don't need to worry about Python upgrade, but the version change causes changes to certain functionality and here you find scripts very useful in case you are running on premise version FP15 or older and would like to upgrade to newer one you have custom IVRs in use you have any CC or IVR customizers in use The scripts are: CEM Server: Conversion Tool (also available via SAP Note 2910694) You will need this in case email channel has been in use. Hi Alder, No actions towards Windows 11 yet. For now I recommend to do a customer ticket in case there is a customer need, that way we will get the feedback and can set corresponding priority. Then speculating little bit. Without trying would say that Communication Panel should work just fine, especially with Chrome. Hi Alder, The AdhocPromptUI is an proof of concept application which should not be part of the delivery. It's also not documented because of the reason that it's not part of official product (=supported). The UI itself is made to control an very specific IVR and reason why you cannot access it is the missing IVR. It basically allows you to control what prompts the special IVR is playing. If you wish to explore the tool more, then would recommend to do an support ticket but will warn you that all work related that may have a price tag. BR, Jukka

Ask them to retry with DCS 0 for GSM7 encoding, or DCS 8 for USC2, and get back to us if the issue persists." Based on testing we did with Alder, the IcedTea-Web doesn't work simply
by installing the software. Therefore, the recommendation is to use
openwebstart and there are no plans to investigate this further.
