Hi Edwin, welcome to Contact Pro community! I don't recall if others customers have asked the Iframe question in the past. Therefore, before answering I would like to test it by my self. If any Contact Pro partner has answer to this, please post it here. Technically, the chat client has already feature to follow the customer, for example if you open other tab or browse in company website. This is feature is utilizing cookies.
