Hi, In System Configurator (Cloud) I am trying to build a directory to match incoming (prefix) phone numbers with a SalesArea, for routing purposes, later in an IVR.
But first I need to have the template correct.
I am following these steps:

but granting accessrights to users does not provide access to this template. Why?
Using it to make routing decisions is the next step...

Hi Edwin,
The link you referred to is for on-premises installations and you said that this is cloud. Therefore, please see https://docs.cc.sinch.com/cloud/system-configurator/en/oxy_ex-1/common/sej1615834132796.html
While reviewing the documentation, I noticed that it may not clearly say that once you have template ready, then you should go to User and Role Management > User Settings Template and the Directory block. There you should set created template as Directory Template.
