Hey,  For now I would recommend to trust official product documentation rather than training document. That's because the training doc refers to "preliminary design limits" and as it has the word "design" it's really referring to time when version 7 was not available.    I'm doing my best to check what kind of fairy tale we talking here, but my bet is that it's somewhere between the two figures you guys have found out. Hi Piotr,  There is no easy answer and exact figure as this depends very much on your configuration and hardware. In general recording is one of the heaviest operations we are consuming CPU for. The main aspects that affect to this are:  - Recording format. More compresses format will consume more CPU - Concurrent calls. If you have compressed recording format and many calls end at the same time, then more CPU is used  So, the answer is that depends heavily on your setup. We are happy to demo the product if you wish to see it.    Back to your problem. I asked from a colleague and got this:  "I suspect it has to do with them sending with DCS 17. You are absolutely right in fact that it could work and we see no reason why it would not work. For FP17 we are supporting Win2019 & SQL2016. (also older, but please check those from Compatibility document) With FP16 it was Win2016 & SQL2016 if I recall right, better to check from Compatibility doc as well.  The need for SQL2019 support is something we have recognized and we are planning but at the moment cannot give estimate.  BR, Jukka  ... The plan is indeed to replace OM with SD, but we are not planning to do exact feature match as OM has got many things over the years. The transition doesn't happen in one night and we listening our customer & partners - it's you guys who affect what is developed next.  Like said in previous post, please keep pushing ideas via tickets and more voice an items get, more likely things will get done.    I will check that OM vs SD docu in cloud.
