Hi Guys, I see the newest release of Sinch Contact Pro includes outbound campaigns management in the Communication Panel (CP) user interface. My question is: if we use the Communication Panel integrated (embedded) inside SAP Service Cloud (C4C), is a called party A-number transferred to the SAP C4C Live Activity view when an outbound campaign call is initiated?

Yes, the Sinch Contact Pro Communication Panel now reports A-number and B-number to SAP C4C in this use case. However, when displayed in the C4C user interface, those two numbers are swapped. We are currently looking into why this is happening.

My understanding is that this issue has been fixed one of our recent releases. Can you kindly check that the issue is resolved on your side now? Thanks!
