Is there a way to change the system default voicemail greetings for the whole system in Sinch Contact Centre cloud?
In the documentation, the way presented is to record a new greeting by dialing the voicemail box number to record a new greeting.
Normally, voice prompts are done professionally by agencies by producing a voice recording files to be uploaded into the contact center application. Can the voicemail greeting be replaced in similar way as the other prompts by uploading a pre-recorded voice file? Voicemail boxes created subsequently should have the new default voicemail greetings.
In principle the default voicemail .wav file could be changed to fulfil such a need. Unfortunately, for the current cloud implementation it would mean any such change would be overwritten upon the quarterly upgrade.
I will create a feature request from this to follow up.
