To access Voice analytics, take the following steps:   Log in to the Sinch Build Dashboard. Select the Analytics option from the Voice and Video menu in the left panel. The Analytics page is displayed: This page displays the metrics for all your calls. The country field allows you to view analytics for all countries or for the specified country. The applications field allows you to view analytics for all your applications or the selected application. The Call types field allows you view analytics for the different call types: PSTN Origination - Calls to your Sinch Voice apps that originated from the telephone network. PSTN Termination - Calls from your Sinch Voice apps that terminated to the telephone network. App Termination - Calls from your Sinch Voice apps that terminated to an application. Note: You can only access logs for up to the previous 7 days. It is not possible to access logs for dates more than 7 days old.   To access Voice Logs, take the following steps:   Log in to the Sinch Build Dashboard. To access Voice reports, take the following steps:   Log in to the Sinch Build Dashboard. Select the Reports option from the Voice and Video menu in the left panel. The Reports page is displayed: This page allows you to download your traffic reports for PSTN origination, PSTN termination, or App termination. These reports have information for each call made, including the call ID, application key, country ID, call time and duration, the result, who the call was to and from, as well as the total cost and currency of the call. Select the date range for your traffic report from the date field.  Select the type of report you want to generate: PSTN Origination - Calls to your Sinch Voice apps that originated from the telephone network. PSTN Termination - Calls from your Sinch Voice apps that terminated to the telephone network. App Termination - Calls from your Sinch Voice apps that terminated to an application. 12/17/2024 - Ability to add Registered Endpoints   Sinch Elastic SIP Trunking has added the ability for customers to add registered endpoints to their EST trunk. This feature will allow customers who are on dynamic IP addresses to ensure they have reliable service. There are now additional regional domain names found on your SIP Trunk configuration page which can be used to send your traffic to the datacenter of your choice. Customers using registered trunks should send directly to US-East only using the <customer domain>.us-east.pstn.sinch.com as inbound calls will experience call completion issues over US-West. This will be resolved in an upcoming Maintenance.     2/27/2025 - Packet Captures (PCAPs) are now available for customer calls   Customers can now download a packet capture of their calls from the Sinch Dashboard. Selecting any Call Detail Record in the dashboard will now show an option to download the PCAP. Currently PCAPs are not available for Registered calls, or calls using Encryption.
