If you are experiencing issues with the Automatic Recharge (or auto top up) not working, please review the following guidelines:

 

  1. Ensure the account has a sufficient available balance.
  2. Review the average daily spend to confirm the credit threshold is adequate.
  3. Verify that no transactions are currently pending.
  4. Confirm that the low credit notification threshold is set high enough to allow for timely top-up before traffic is sent.

 

Solution:

  • Adjust the low credit notification amount if necessary.
  • If the issue persists, please contact the Online Support team for assistance.

 

Important Note: If the account runs out of credit, a low balance notification will not be triggered. Instead, an autoblock notification is sent, and a manual top-up is required to resume service.
