There are a number of possible reasons why a FriendTalk message is not delivered to a KakaoTalk user and/or returns an  error:   The user has not added the channel as friends. FriendTalk messages can only be sent to user who has added the channel as friends. To be a friend of a KakaoTalk channel, go to the Channel tab and click the Add Channel button to the right of the KakaoTalk channel name: The user has not used KakaoTalk for a while. The user has deactivated KakaoTalk push messages. The user does not have the minimum KakaoTalk version or unsupported device.   The message was sent after 9PM and before 8AM Korean time.   ... Telegram Bot channel enables communication with users of Telegram ecosystem through Conversation API. You need a Telegram Bot for integrating your Conversation API with Telegram. If you don't already have one, follow the steps below to create a new Telegram Bot:   You must have an active Telegram account which will be used to administer your new Bot. You already have an account if you have Telegram app installed and can sign in. Otherwise, download the Telegram app from the app store of your mobile device and create an account. Find BotFather in the Telegram app - type /start to get a full list of all commands: Type /newbot and follow the onscreen instructions to create your Bot. Once your Bot is created, its token will be displayed. Please keep this token as it will be required later. To configure your Conversation API app with the Telegram channel, you can login to your account in Sinch Customer Dashboard. On the left menu, go to Conversation API, and choose Apps to either create “New App” or "SET UP CHANNEL" beside the Telegram channel. You will be asked to enter the token for your Telegram Bot. The Conversation API provides support for KakaoTalk channel. To start using KakaoTalk, you need to first have KakaoTalk Business Channel ID configured with KakaoTalk.    If you do not already have a existing KakaoTalk Channel, then follow the steps below:   The first step is to create a KakaoTalk Channel. Navigate to the Kakao for Business sign up page to register: Note: You must have a personal KakaoTalk account before you can create a Channel. Use your personal KakaoTalk account details to login to Kakao for Business. To upgrade from a regular KakaoTalk channel to a Business KakaoTalk channel, you need the following: Korean business registration number Business registration card Employment certificate for the channel administrator.
