The Schedule campaign dialog box displays: Select the timezone for when you want the campaign to be sent. Choose the date and time for when the campaign is to be sent. Review your selection and click Schedule campaign. After scheduling the campaign, you will see the most recent campaign is scheduled for sending on the Campaigns page.      Cancel a scheduled campaign To cancel or stop a scheduled campaign, follow these steps: Go to Campaigns > All campaigns. A Campaign list for your project will be displayed. From the dropdown menu of the scheduled campaign, click Cancel sending. We now have a Canceled campaign. To send a personalised campaign a targeted audience, you need to create your audience in advance. You also have an option to Import your contacts from a .csv file during the campaign creation. If you'll be sending a WhatsApp campaign, create a WhatsApp message template, and submit for Meta's approval right away.    To create a new campaign: Go to Campaigns > All campaigns.   Click the Create button. The Create a new campaign view opens. In the Setup campaign step, do the following: Give your campaign a name Define your audience by either selecting from an existing audience list or importing your contacts from a CSV file Select one channel to target your audience   Click Next button. The Design your message view opens. In the Design your message step, do the following: Select either option to Use existing template or Create a freeform message If your option is Use existing template, continue by selecting an existing template and language, or Create a template.  If your option is Create a freeform message, continue by choosing a media file (not mandatory), and type in your message. To personalise this message to your customers, replace the message variables with customer properties from your selected audience or with the columns from your CSV file imported.    Click Next button. Learn more Definition Variables - They are used to store important information for each customer data. Unlike freeform messages, WhatsApp templates uses variables as placeholders to replace real customer properties when you're ready to create your campaign. Example of variables are: {{1}}, {{2}}.    Customer properties -  These are customer's data that allows you to keep personal touch with your customer. Examples are: customer_name, customer_address, customer_country .   Add variables to template When creating a WhatsApp message template, you can add variables in the body text field. Variables are placeholders that can be replaced with customer-specific data when sending a message. These customer-specific data are also called Customer properties on Sinch Engage. Learn more about variables.   Replace variables with customer properties As a business, you want to send personalised campaign messages that make your customers feel special. By including your customer's individual data such as name, city, and more, you give the impression that you have considered their unique needs, making your messages appear personalised rather than spam. To create a new campaign, you can Select an audience when defining your targeted customers. Every selected audience has customer properties and they can be reused to replace body variables.   Replace variables with .csv file's column titles Importing recipients from a CSV file is another option for defining your targeted customers when creating a new campaign. The file column titles can be reused to replace variables in your campaign message.
