Sinch has published a guide for Contact Pro / Teams integration: Configuring Microsoft Teams Integration (sinch.com). 

However, in our (onprem) FP18 installation, there is no Messaging Service Type 'MS Teams'. Do you need to install a specific software package or customization to enable the MS Teams Messaging Service Type?

Hi Thies, 

the integration is currently available only in cloud. For onpremise it will come in FP20 package, which doesn't have ETA date at the moment. (FP19 is the latest).
