On May 26 2026, the Customer Administration Portal will be updated with enhancements and fixes.   Updates   We're rolling out an upgrade to the Akixi reporting platform that powers your call analytics and reporting on Voyant's hosted voice service. This release includes new reporting capabilities, administrative time-savers, a redesigned in-product help experience, and a wide range of bug fixes that improve the accuracy of call data and reports. No customer action is required — the upgrade will be applied automatically.   New Reporting Capabilities   New report: Calls by Interval and Entity A flexible new report that lets you break down call activity across the time intervals and entities that matter to your business. You can now run multi-axis interval reporting that combines a time dimension with an entity dimension in a single view. Choose your interval: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, day, week, month, or day of week. Choose your entity: Devices (including extensions and auto attendants), groups and queues, agents, or DNIS. This makes it much easier to spot patterns in call volume, talk time, and answer rates across the time windows you care about.   Refreshed out-of-the-box report set Akixi admins will see a refreshed set of pre-built reports designed around the operational areas businesses most often need to monitor: Performance Overview (last 30 days) External Usage (Inbound) Active Calls (real-time) Queues Performance Agent Performance and Availability Auto Attendant Activity Unreturned Lost Calls (service recovery) Together these give a clearer view of demand patterns, answer rates, queue efficiency, missed calls, and live activity — without needing to build reports from scratch.   Updated Enhanced Call Center Reports portfolio The packaged Enhanced Call Center Reports portfolio has been refreshed with the latest metrics and call-center capabilities. If you've applied this report set before, reapplying it will pull in the updated portfolio. Key reports are now set to open by default, so you'll see the most important views as soon as you sign in.   New abandonment metrics around entrance messages Two new queue reporting metrics let you see how many callers abandon a queue before the entrance message finishes versus after it completes, helping you understand whether message length or content is contributing to drop-off. You can now also see when an entrance message is playing in historic call logs and unreturned lost-call investigations.   Schedule reports to multiple recipients Scheduled reports can now be sent to up to 20 recipients in a single schedule. Up to 10 of those recipients can be non-users, provided their email address matches the reporting user's domain. This is great for distributing daily or weekly reports to wider stakeholders without having to set each one up individually. Invalid email addresses are now flagged at entry rather than failing silently.     Improved Call Center Reporting   New "Supervisor Transfer" call result When a supervisor transfers a call from a queue, the call is now reported with a dedicated "Supervisor Transfer" result and status description. This appears as a filterable end-of-segment reason, making it much easier to distinguish supervisor-initiated transfers from forwarded or overflowed calls when reviewing queue performance.   Call Policy visibility on Historic Call Log Two new fields can be added to the Historic Call Log to show which call policy was applied to a call: Call Policy (Seg) — the policy that applied to the specific call segment you're viewing. Call Policy (All) — the chain of policies applied across the call up to that point. This helps explain routing outcomes when calls go through scenarios like Night Service, Holiday handling, Forced Forwarding, or Overflow.   More accurate filtering on simplified call logs When you filter the simplified call log by a specific device, the system now reliably picks the first segment where the call actually interacted with that device — including the right context for where the call came from, what happened during the segment, and where it went next. This makes filtered investigations far less misleading and faster to interpret.   "Not Available" code usage on Agent List Agent reporting views now show how often agents are using each Not Available (N/A) reason code, including the "Other" bucket and additional code slots. Usage data is available in both real-time and historic contexts, helping supervisors quickly spot adherence patterns and the most common reasons agents go unavailable.   Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements This release includes a wide range of accuracy and stability improvements across call reporting, the Akixi native app, and call-flow modelling. Highlights of what's been fixed:   Call reporting accuracy Call Journey now displays correctly for Group Pickup and Call Center Directed Call Pickup scenarios. DID Digits and DID Digits Description now show the correct values in multi-forward call center scenarios. Consult transfers between agents no longer generate an extra empty segment with no ring or talk time. Overflowed queue calls answered by another user are now shown correctly in Active Calls and real-time reports. Ringing Time no longer shows zero for calls where a user performs a blind transfer. Reason Ended for parked calls now shows the correct call-park reason instead of "normal clear". Park-and-retrieve calls now show all expected segments in Historic Log (Today), with correct talk-time calculations. Calls forwarded from a DID to an Auto Attendant and abandoned before connection now show all expected call segments. Calls passing from an Auto Attendant to voicemail no longer appear to loop back to the AA in call timelines. An extra incorrect segment that could appear on calls flowing from PSTN through an Auto Attendant to an agent has been removed. Historic processing now correctly retains simple one-segment calls (e.g. PSTN-to-user) that were previously dropped, closing gaps between real-time and historic data.   Call-handling features Call Barge-In: the calling device name is now shown correctly in call logs instead of "Unknown". Barge-In calls are now reported with the correct call outcome instead of being shown as Ringing or Abandoned.   Reports and scheduling Editing a report's filters no longer unexpectedly changes or negates existing exclusions. Scheduled report emails now respect the saved date range — historical reports no longer email out real-time data when their range is set to something like "Yesterday". Report API pagination now consistently returns the correct next block of rows, eliminating duplicate data across pages.   Real-time and call modelling Outbound calls to the PSTN are now counted and displayed only once in real-time views, regardless of whether the call is answered, unanswered, or fails. "Ghost" calls with unusually long ring times or duplicated entries (appearing answered and then separately abandoned) are now collapsed correctly into a single accurate record. Product changes and fixes for Atlas On May 7, 2026, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.     Updates   Sales Order PDF now shows correctly after a change order If Change Order is selected in Service Orders, a new Sales Order with a -1a will be created with the previous items on it. However, when the newly changed order is then submitted again to Service Orders, the PDF documentation available on the Service Order would continue to show the original order details. This has been fixed.     The list of Cloud Business Fax products will now be shown in ascending order When selecting the list of Cloud Business Fax options on a Sales Order, the list will now be shown in ascending order making it easier to find the package you want.         Partner login tied to multiple containers will now work correctly For partners that have multiple products, like Operator Connect and UCaaS, the Atlas logins can now properly be created in either account and successfully navigate to and manage any of the products.   Ability to mark a number in Available status as ported out In Atlas DID Management, you can now mark a number in Available status as ported-out if you discover the number had been ported out.   Fix an issue where a number swap/cancellation might fail if E911 was not configured In rare instances, cancelling a service or swapping out a number might fail if the number did not have E911 configured on it previously. These devices will be supported for ordering and for BYOD (bring your own device) if you already have these.       Adding support for the Yealink W59R Pro Rugged DECT handset The new Yealink W59R Pro Rugged DECT handset will be available as extra handset that can be added to the W76P Yealink DECT phone system. This handset replaces the W59R handset for new orders. The W59R handset is still supported for BYOD. On April 16 2026, the Customer Administration Portal will be updated with enhancements and fixes.   Updates   Users with multiple fax accounts can now specify email account to source from When using the email-to-fax service, the fax will be sent from your account by matching the From email address. However, some users have their user (and email address) added to multiple fax accounts. This new option provides a way for those users to specify in the email which account to send the fax from.   When sending an email-to-fax, you can now add DID:10-digit-number to the Subject line of the email or in the email body. Either one will work. Replace the 10-digit-number with the DID number assigned to the specific fax account to send from - ex: DID:5551112222. Your user account (and hence email address) must still be associated with the specific fax account (whether this is a Personal Fax service tied to you or where you are assigned to a Shared Fax service). The DID:10-digit number is a second-level match on which specific account to send the fax from.   If an account DID is specified and it does not match an account for the user’s email, the user will receive an email indicating the issue.     Fixed timeout issue on bulk call recording download When creating a bulk call recording download request with thousands of recording entries, the resulting link sent in the email would result in a timeout when clicked to initiate the download. Product changes and fixes for Atlas On April 16, 2026, additional feature changes and fixes will be added to the Atlas customer lifecycle management portal to improve user experience and functionality.     Updates   Added CSV Download to the Devices section on a Customer account In the Devices section on a Customer account, a new Download CSV button has been added. Selecting this will email a device report to you that contains the columns of data available in the Devices section.         Storage alert email templates have new tag available The new storage alert emails now have a new tag available to insert the Company Name the alert is for into either the email Subject line or email body. This can be added to your email templates if you would like to see this in the storage alerts in case you have these emails going to you instead of directly to your end customers.         Fixed Atlas password reset issue Fixed an issue where a password reset was failing due to email matching being case sensitive. Emails are now matched case insensitive.     End-of-Sale Notices:   The Yealink BT41 Bluetooth Dongle for the T4 Series is now End-of-Sale and will be removed from Altas for sales. There is no replacement for this for the T4 series.   Additionally, the Yealink W59R Rugged Handset for the W76P has gone End-of-Sale and will be removed from Atlas for new sales. The existing handsets are still supported. The replacement will be the Yealink W59R Pro Rugged Handset for the W76P. Significant improvements have been made to how DIDs are managed within Atlas. This article updates how DIDs should be managed going forward.      Changes DID ordering within Atlas now provides direct access to our large number inventory. This helps ease your workload and put number acquisition directly within your control.   Going forward, you can simply acquire numbers on each order as you need them and no longer need to open a ticket to have numbers imported into your Atlas DID Management inventory.   Note that you may have your own number inventory as well, referred to as Bring Your Own DID (BYODID). Managing those numbers will still use the same process you use today. These numbers always stay in DID Management inventory.     Sales Orders   When entering a Sales Order, the ZIP code helps determine the default rate center used on an order. If you know numbers are not available in the rate center shown on the sales order, you can update the rate center to one you know has numbers (for example, if you have your own number inventory).   You can choose each number you want for each specific service directly on the sales order, though numbers must be in Atlas inventory already and in Available status.   It’s generally recommended that you just push a sales order through without worrying about choosing any numbers and then wait until you process the Service Order(s). This is usually the easiest way to get numbers assigned vs trying to do this at Sales Order entry time. It also provides much broader access to number inventory.      Service Orders   The first workflow step when processing a Service Order usually involves choosing DIDs for the services on the order. The DIDs could have been assigned on the Sales Order in which case they would already be populated when choosing to Assign DIDs.   It’s much easier and quicker to wait and assign them during Service Order processing, and this method also provides access to a much larger inventory of numbers.   Click on the Assign DID button on the associated workflow step to get started.   DID selection is easy. Simply click Auto-Assign if you want numbers from the shown rate center. If no numbers are available there, choose a different state/rate center and click Assign Numbers to pick numbers from the specified rate center. Or click the Edit button on each service and choose a number from the selections there on a per-number basis. For example, you could use Assign Numbers to assign all of the numbers, then use Edit numbers if you have a few services that you would like to use a different state or rate center for.   Previously, you could choose numbers on your Service Order as long as the numbers had been preloaded to your Atlas inventory. These could include your own numbers or numbers you have separately requested from us.    Now, when you choose to Assign Numbers from a rate center, we’ll first check if you have numbers already in those rate centers loaded in your inventory, which would include your own numbers. If no numbers are available, we’ll check our complete number inventory for that rate center. Since we have access to millions of numbers, completing DID assignments in Service Orders is now quick and easy. The UI remains the same to minimize any retraining of staff, but underneath, we can now instantly offer a large inventory of numbers. If you don’t find numbers in one rate center, there are numbers in another close rate center. This also lets you choose numbers that might be closer to your customer rather than maintaining numbers from a few rate centers for temporary use.   The changes in Service Orders mean you’ll always have access to number inventory and no longer need to request numbers to stock in specific rate centers to use with orders. This saves significantly on order turnaround time in that you no longer need to open a ticket with us to stock numbers!      DID Management    For Inteliquent numbers, DID Management has a number of changes:  Swapped and Cancelled numbers will not go to an internal Aging state and marked with Aging status. Instead, they will be available in the new DID Restore section for up to 60 days. After 60 days, the numbers will be returned to global inventory.  When a number ports out, you will use the Return Number option when cancelling the service or customer to remove the number from inventory vs leaving it forever in Ported Out status. This helps keep your number inventory clean. Ported out numbers will be removed when returned and not available to be restored.  To find and restore returned numbers, choose the DID Restore section in Administration, then search for the number(s) you need to restore. Check the box next to the number(s) and click Restore to move this back to Available status so you can use it again. Note that if a number fails to restore, it might have ported out after being added to the restore list.  Need a few numbers for swaps or other post-order activities? Use Add Numbers to grab some numbers from any rate center and add those to your inventory. You can add up to 50 numbers at a time.    Number Swaps    Number swaps work as before. Choose the service, then choose Change DID,, then enter the DID(s) of the numbers you want to swap in to replace the existing numbers on various services. If you want to use a number that was returned, go to DID Restore and restore the DID(s). This will add them back to your inventory as Available and ready to be swapped in. If you need a few numbers to swap in, you can use Add Numbers in DID Management to grab a few numbers from nearly any rate center.            ... When you cancel an number that is not marked as Bring Your Own DID, that will “Return” the number vs the number being marked as “Aging” and left forever in your number inventory. When a number is returned, it is moved to a new “Restore DID” section in Administration. You’ll have up to 60 days to restore any numbers you’ve returned if you need them. As noted above, with the extensive list of available numbers now at Service Order processing time, you no longer need to “un-age” numbers to make then Available again to use with new orders. You would only need to restore a number if a customer truly wants to re-use the number on a different service. When restored, those will go back in your inventory in Available status.   DID selection will now be easier then ever!   Additional documentation will be created for these changes as well as updating existing articles.     Atlas sales orders for Teams Operator Connect will now have a Notes field When placing a Sales Order in Atlas for a product like Teams Operator Connect, you can now enter Notes on the Sale Order that will be visible to anyone working the Service Order. The Notes button is available above the Contract Term option on the Sales Order page.     Click Notes and enter any order notes you want to retain with this order. When processing the Service Order in the Service Order tab, the Notes will be available for the provisioning team working the order.     ... View more

You can view your current storage usage in the Enterprise Services, Storage section of the Customer Administration Portal.     When generating a fax log report, all inbound and outbound fax entries will be included in the report Previously, the downloaded fax logs would typically only contain inbound records and records of outbound faxes you sent, but not outbound faxes sent by others. Going forward, the report will include all of the entries, but outbound destinations will be masked for faxes not sent by the report requestor. Those entries will have the destination numbers if the fax account has been enabled to allow Admins to see all outbound/inbound faxes on the account.         ... View more
