5555 is being added to the help text on reserved extension
Extension 5555 is used internally, but was not listed in the various help text pop-ups on extension usage that it was reserved. The help text now correctly reflects this.
Coming soon: stronger password requirements
Within the next four weeks, the minimum password length for the Customer Administration Portal will increase to 16 characters. This strengthens account security across the platform. We'll confirm the exact date ahead of the rollout. This only affects new passwords or password resets. Existing passwords will continue to be supported.
