When you create a LINE Official account, you are assigned a basic ID (consisting of a random string), which is free of charge. This basic ID will appear in the messages you send as Sender ID.
If you want to use a branded or a customised sender ID then you require a LINE Premium ID, which allows you to specify a user-defined Sender ID of your choice.
A LINE Premium ID is charged for annually. Refer to LINE Official Account ID Plans section of the LINE for Business website to see the costs.
To register a payment method and pay for a Premium ID, you will need to go to LINE official Account Manager -> Settings -> Premium ID:

Note: You can only create a verified LINE Official account in four countries: Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Creating a LINE Official account is free. To create a free account, go to: LINE for Business and complete the steps described.
Once you have created your official account, then you need to pass LINE’s review process to have a verified account – you get this option once you have created the basic account. You will be asked to provide the following information during the verification process:
Company description, website, pictures of the physical stores (if any)
Name of the administrator and provide employment certificate or ID card or business card.
Business registration
Premium ID (How to get LINE Premium ID).
Once you have submitted the above information, the review process normally takes about 10 business days.

LINE Official Accounts are used by businesses to connect with their customers. With an Official Account, you can send general information, sales and marketing activities, and special promotions to your users who are following your channel. Your followers will get notified just like when they get a message from their social network. You can also send direct messages to individual LINE users from your own system.
There are two types of LINE accounts:
Verified accounts – These are the accounts that have passed LINE’s review process. Once your account has been reviewed, a Verified account badge will be issued and appear in LINE in-app search results. Review applications are currently only being accepted for Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand. Verified accounts are not being issued for other countries or regions at this time.
Unverified accounts – These are the accounts that have not been reviewed. Unverified accounts can be used by anyone, regardless of whether they are an individual or a company. However, they do not appear in LINE in-app search results.
Businesses can create up to 100 accounts (Verified or Unverified) with one LINE Business ID. Accounts created using the LINE Official Account app are initially Unverified and need to pass the review process to get Verified.

There are a number of possible reasons why a FriendTalk message is not delivered to a KakaoTalk user and/or returns an error:
The user has not added the channel as friends. FriendTalk messages can only be sent to user who has added the channel as friends. To be a friend of a KakaoTalk channel, go to the Channel tab and click the Add Channel button to the right of the KakaoTalk channel name:
The user has not used KakaoTalk for a while.
The user has deactivated KakaoTalk push messages.
The user does not have the minimum KakaoTalk version or unsupported device.
The message was sent after 9PM and before 8AM Korean time.

Telegram Bot channel enables communication with users of Telegram ecosystem through Conversation API. You need a Telegram Bot for integrating your Conversation API with Telegram.
If you don't already have one, follow the steps below to create a new Telegram Bot:
You must have an active Telegram account which will be used to administer your new Bot. You already have an account if you have Telegram app installed and can sign in. Otherwise, download the Telegram app from the app store of your mobile device and create an account.
Find BotFather in the Telegram app - type /start to get a full list of all commands:
Type /newbot and follow the onscreen instructions to create your Bot. Once your Bot is created, its token will be displayed. Please keep this token as it will be required later.
To configure your Conversation API app with the Telegram channel, you can login to your account in Sinch Customer Dashboard. On the left menu, go to Conversation API, and choose Apps to either create “New App” or "SET UP CHANNEL" beside the Telegram channel. You will be asked to enter the token for your Telegram Bot.
If your app does not show the Telegram channel contact your Sinch Account Manager.

No, because by design Telegram Bot can’t send messages to the user first, the chat must be started by the end-user. Once the user has started the chat, it is possible to send campaign or updates to the user. This is a way for Telegram to reduce SPAM to the end-users.
