Webchat navigation buttons custom language

Hi community members,

With Sinch CC cloud option is it possible to add custom language to visitor webchat navigation buttons?

For example make "Name" and "Email address" fields and also "Start Chat", "End Chat", "Save transcript" buttons appear in Latvian.

Hi Roman,

New languages for any user interface needs to be added to official product. For Latvian language in webchat and upcoming Launchpad application I have created feature request (ID CC365V1-157) 

Please create supports tickets in the future if you have language related wishes. That way the information goes to product owners and into roadmap planning.

We were able to deliver this requested feature in the 21Q3 release for Sinch Contact Pro cloud service as shown below:
