Yes - Sinch Contact Pro cloud service provides call recording capability.
Users are able to record phone calls at any point during a conversation. Alternatively, recording can be configured centrally for all calls or for specific queues.
Call recordings are stored by Sinch using Amazon Web Services (AWS). You have the option to activate automatic copying of call recordings from Sinch to your own AWS S3 bucket.
