We expect carriers in most markets to sign agreements with Google enabling them to manage and monetize RCS traffic on their network.   In some cases, the carriers may be slow to adopt RCS or choose to not be involved, for these carriers, Google can enable Google Guest Cloud (GGC) so that people can send peer to peer RCS and Sinch and our customers can send RBM messages to customers on those carriers. An RCS Agent (RCS Sender Agent) is the interface where the brand and the consumer interact. It is like a Sender Agent (short code or long code) for SMS but contains more details.   An RCS Agent does not create messages or conversations but contains them and the other elements of the experience.
