Hello,
I have already discussed this in a previous meeting, and I was told that the upgrade would be completed on the same day. However, I have not received any updates so far.
Could you please check the status and provide me with an update?

Hi, 

could you please share what product we are talking about? If we are speaking about Contact Pro, then we recommend to post customer specific questions via ticketing portal. You can find instructions for ticket creation in another community article.
