Hello, I’ve tried to recharge several times, but it always fails. Even when the payment goes through, the amount is refunded back to me. Could you please check what the problem is and let me know how to fix it? Thank you.

If you are having issue trying to add credit to your account - please contact the Online Support team for assistance.
