To check the delivery statuses of your SMS, log in to the Sinch Customer Dashboard and select the Analytics option from the SMS menu on the left panel. The Analytics page is displayed:
This page provides you with an overall view of the delivery of your traffic over a period of your choosing. Select your time frame and click APPLY. Message data for the specified time period is displayed:
You can see a simple breakdown of all the messages you have sent and their final statuses. If you scroll down the page, you will find a more in-depth breakdown of the countries you have sent messages to, and the top networks in these countries:
You can use this information to check your delivery rates and to also help identify locations where you might be having delivery issues. You can click on the individual countries or networks to view a delivery graph to help you visualise the delivery rates and get a better overall idea of how your campaigns are performing.
If you do spot any issues with a specific country or network it could be down to a regulatory issue. To help investigate these types of issues further, refer to: Why are all my messages to a certain country failing?
We also recommend you visit the Sinch status page (status.sinch.com), which highlights any current issues we are having as well as past issues, so you are able to check to see if we had any problems at the time your messages were sent. You can sign up for alerts so you are sent notifications when we have problems that might affect you.

If you still have further questions or believe the error being reported is incorrect, contact Sinch Support – ensure you provide the MSISDN, the date the SMS was sent and the Message ID from the View message screen above.
