In order to use the Sinch Instagram service, a business must contract the Sinch Conversation API. This will allow you to provision the Sinch Instagram service through the creation of a Conversation API app and the configuration of the Instagram channel on that app.
It is also recommended that the business have a human agent (customer care) platform. This could be Sinch Contact Pro, the business' own customer care platform, or a third-party customer care platform. Along with one of these customer care platforms, the client can use the optional Sinch Chatlayer platform for automating responses to end-users.
