The business must have a human agent (customer care) platform. This can be Sinch Contact Pro or Sinch Contact OR the business can use its own or a third-party customer care platform. Along with one of these customer care platforms, the client can use optional Sinch Chatlayer platform for any automated responses to the end-users.
The business must contract Sinch Conversation API which will allow you to provision the Sinch Instagram service.
The business must have, a minimum of 1000 followers and depending on whether they have pre-approval they can have up to 100,000 followers or more.
