The Conversation API supports sending template messages where all or parts of the message content is pre-defined. The message templates can also contain dynamic content which is populated when sending the message using template parameters.
A channel-specific message template can only be used on the channel to which it corresponds. Currently, WhatsApp and KakaoTalk templates are the only supported channel-specific templates, and they're stored by Facebook WhatsApp Business API and KakaoTalk, respectively. Note that, in some cases, you must use channel-specific template messages when sending messages on the WhatsApp or KakaoTalk channels:
