We refered to the "IVR_Development_guide.pdf" where it details how to access CEM logs. However, the documentation only refers to on-prem where we need to access the files from file directories.
How can we access CEM logs for cloud contact center? Is there a BLV log viewer in cloud as well?

The IVR Development Guide document has been written with the on-premise version in mind, so there are parts that unfortunately don't apply to the cloud version, including CEM logs. We're working on the document and will try to clarify the contents in the next version.
