Once you sign a contract for Sinch Contact Pro cloud service, we will immediately begin provisioning your tenant so that it is available by the contract start date. The process typically takes about 5 days. This service is included with your subscription; there are no hidden set-up or activation fees. You, as a customer, are responsible for bringing your Internet connection and SIP trunk, as well as for basic configuration tasks like designing your IVR, routing rules, agent skills, user management, email templates, chat canned responses and so on.
