If your channel has been inactive for more than a month, KakaoTalk may disable it. Inactivity refers to not engaging with channel followers by sending AlimTalk, FriendTalk, or Consultation Talk messages.
What you should do if your channel has been disabled
Option 1:
If your channel has been disabled due to inactivity, try sending a message from one of your personal KakaoTalk accounts to your disabled business channel. Once you receive the message, reply to it using the test KakaoTalk personal account. Your channel should become active again.
Option 2:
If you're unable to perform Option 1, contact Sinch support: support@sinch.com ensuring you provide your KakaoTalk business channel ID and Sinch dashboard account details. Our support team will assist you promptly.
