I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the integration.
I noticed that you're using the cloud version of the document instead of FP20. Please use the FP20 website for documentation.
You could try entering the passwords again in System Configurator > System Management > Messaging Services > Microsoft Teams > Authentications. Make sure that they're not longer than 128 characters. If you the problem continues, please contact support.
