Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the integration. I noticed that you're using the cloud version of the document instead of FP20. Please use the FP20 website for documentation. You could try entering the passwords again in System Configurator > System Management > Messaging Services > Microsoft Teams > Authentications. Make sure that they're not longer than 128 characters. If you the problem continues, please contact support. Kind regards, Nina

I'm aware SAP are currently in the process of publishing the FP19 hotfixes via their SAP Note process. Please expect them to be available soon.

Hi Thies, the integration is currently available only in cloud. For onpremise it will come in FP20 package, which doesn't have ETA date at the moment. (FP19 is the latest). BR, Jukka

FP19 is now available at SAP marketplace as well . What about Hotfixes, will they be released delayed by SAP as well? Do we have to expect a 3 month delay for hotfixes?
