Hello,    Deleting configuration does not delete data from reporting database. Reporting has own dimension tables to hold dimension data like queue, and agent. Reporting database has own settings for how many years reporting fact data is kept (contact your admin to change this). Hi, Just wondering; would Sinch Contact Pro also be available in a web browser? We have the cloud version V10.0 and it is so slow and becomes unresponsive many times a day. With a web browser it would probably be faster and more stable. Thanks.
