Hi Community,
This question must be an easy one, yet, I couldn't find an answer here in the community or documentation.
We want to clean up our (cloud) system from old queues, queue groups, roles, schedules, calendars, users, user groups etc.
When I delete queues in Sinch today, can I still run historical reports in Business Objects next month over these queues, or is data lost forever?
Our service provider says yes, but I'm not convinced.

Deleting configuration does not delete data from reporting database. Reporting has own dimension tables to hold dimension data like queue, and agent. Reporting database has own settings for how many years reporting fact data is kept (contact your admin to change this). Even that case dimension data like queue information is not deleted, only fact data (contact, agent queue statistics.)
