Which CRM and/or ticketing systems does Sinch Contact Center integrate with?

Sinch Contact Center provides out-of-box integration with most customer-facing business applications including:

  • SAP Service Cloud (C4C)
  • SAP CRM
  • SAP S/4HANA for Customer Management.

In addition, custom integration projects have been done with other non-SAP CRM and ticketing tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) on a project basis by our various systems integrators.
