If you haven't used your sending profile for an extended period of time after registration, it may become dormant.
Action: For Sinch customers: contact Sinch support with your KakaoTalk channel name. Sinch will review the request and and reactivate the channel if it is dormant.

Your channel might be blocked if recipients report it.
Action: If your channel is blocked, you may be able to initiate the explanation process (depending on the reason). For Sinch customers: contact Sinch support and provide your channel name for assistance.
