What fields are required for 10dlc registration?
10 DLC registration requires information about your business (brand), points of contact and use case (campaign). For details for the information required refer to the 10DLC Registration Form.
What is an approval time?
This is the time it will take for the TCR (THE Campaign Registry) to grant approval before you can start sending 10DLC messages. Refer to the article: How long does it take to get a 10DLC live? - Sinch Community - 7039 for more information.
Is it possible to resubmit the application?
If you’re asking, will you need to resubmit the campaign and select Sinch as the connectivity partner as part of using Sinch as a new DCA, then yes, you will need to resubmit the campaign information into The Campaign Registry, and then select Sinch as the connectivity partner.
What is the chance of blocking Brand and what are the reasons?

What is a cost per brand registration and campaign?
Campaign registration is anywhere from $0.00 - $30.00 depending on your use case. Contact a Sinch account manager for more details.
Do you have API for 10DLC for avoiding manual jobs?
Depending on your needs, we have several ways to connect to Sinch for 10DLC messaging. Here is a relevant article. We do not have a generally available API for Brand and Campaign registration, although it is on the roadmap. Depending on how you plan to do Brand and Campaign registration however, you may not need it. Contact Sinch so that we can review your use case.
Account questions:
Do you have the support of a sub-account (something similar to Twillio)?
Sinch supports sub projects. Refer to the How the Sinch account model works article on the Sinch Support Community for more information.
Can we manage accounts via API?
Currently we do not have an API for manipulating Sinch Accounts but this is on our roadmap.
