Hi,

We have a C4C system integrated with Sinch Contact Pro. During chats, our agents typically need to ask customers for their names, email addresses, and countries. After the chat ends, they manually create these customer profiles in C4C, which is cumbersome and time-consuming. Is there a way for Sinch Contact Pro to automatically synchronize this customer information with the C4C system?
