Sorry to hear you are having issues with your card. Mastercard and Visa are accepted card payment methods and if you are based in the USA, if you previously upgraded your account using American Express (AMEX) then you can also use AMEX as an accepted payment method. Additionally, you can also use PayPal to add credit to your account. Can you advise what type of card you are using?
