Hi there, Our team has just tried to “add credits” to the test account (Account ID: d929529c11ad4b2fa4e02dec02b29b64) to do further testing. However, we didn’t manage to move forward when we proceeded with the credit card payment. We’ve tried different credit cards several times but still in vain.
Great if you could advise the steps we need to take to make the payment. We aim to do the testing by today.
