Hi there,
Our team has just tried to “add credits” to the test account (Account ID: d929529c11ad4b2fa4e02dec02b29b64) to do further testing. However, we didn’t manage to move forward when we proceeded with the credit card payment. We’ve tried different credit cards several times but still in vain.
Great if you could advise the steps we need to take to make the payment. We aim to do the testing by today.

Hi Pisces,
Sorry to hear you are having issues with your card. Mastercard and Visa are accepted card payment methods and if you are based in the USA, if you previously upgraded your account using American Express (AMEX) then you can also use AMEX as an accepted payment method. Additionally, you can also use PayPal to add credit to your account.
Can you advise what type of card you are using?
