Payments can be made using two methods:
Top-up: Click here, to make a top-up payment using credit card or PayPal. The top-up payment will not be applied to an invoice, but the account balance will be updated with the amount of payment added.
Bank Transfer: A payment against an invoice can be made using a bank transfer using the details provided in the invoice.

The account might have been blocked as all the available credit has been used up. Such an account will suspended temporarily.
To re-activate the account please make a payment against any outstanding invoice or top-up the account.

An account can get blocked when all the available credit has been used up. A low balance warning email is sent before the account gets blocked. To prevent the account from getting blocked, please make a payment when the ‘low balance warning’ email is received.
To ensure you receive the low balance warning emails, please get in touch with your Account Manager. The e-mail ID of your Account Manager can be found at the bottom right of your invoice or in the Account Settings section of the Sinch build dashboard.

For payments made by credit card or PayPal, a payment receipt is generated.
For payments made using bank transfers, a payment receipt is not generated. However, the invoice against which the payment is made using a bank transfer, would be marked as paid upon successful receipt of the payment.

To access a copy of your invoices:
Log in to the Sinch Build Dashboard and select your profile icon in the top right corner. Your profile menu is displayed:
Click the Billing option.
The Billing Overview page is displayed: This page shows you a list of your invoices. To download an invoice, click the Download link corresponding to the invoice you want to download.
For any queries or concerns in downloading the invoices please get in touch with the Finance team. The email id of Finance team can be found at the bottom right of your invoice.

The Detailed Traffic Report shows you a detailed breakdown of all of your monthly usage for each product. The information contained in this report will vary according to which product(s) you are using.
The Detailed Traffic Report is sent with your invoice e-mail. But if you can not locate the email you can obtain a copy of this report by contacting the Finance team. The email id of Finance team can be found at the bottom right of your invoice.

Invoices are generated between the 4 th and 8 th working day of each month for the previous month usage. Generally, the invoices are sent by email to a customer’s registered email address.
