The account might have been blocked as all the available credit has been used up. Such an account will suspended temporarily.
To re-activate the account please make a payment against any outstanding invoice or top-up the account.
To add credit to your account you can make a top-up payment using credit card or PayPal, or you can make a payment by bank transfer using the details provided in the invoice. Refer to the Adding Credit to your Sinch Build Dashboard Account article for more information about how to do this.
