An account can get blocked when all the available credit has been used up. A low balance warning email is sent before the account gets blocked. To prevent the account from getting blocked, please make a payment when the ‘low balance warning’ email is received.
To ensure you receive the low balance warning emails, please get in touch with your Account Manager. The e-mail ID of your Account Manager can be found at the bottom right of your invoice or in the Account details section of the customer dashboard.
