The WhatsApp channel of the Sinch Conversation API has the ability to send to, and receive from, any WhatsApp subscriber, globally, subject to opt-in requirements.
One API = One Sender Identity = One API Phone Number. A unique API is required for each Sender ID the customer requires, and a unique phone number must be assigned to that API.
