To use the Sinch WhatsApp API or the WhatsApp channel of the Conversation API, you must have a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). WABAs usually undergo the Meta business verification process. If there are any issues during the verification process, you may be required toupload documents that verify your identity or business details.
If Meta requests that you upload documents to verify your business details (for example, your business' legal name, official mailing address, or phone number), seeUpload Official Documents to Verify Your Businessfor information on acceptable documents.
If you encounter any other issues during the verification process, seeTroubleshoot Why Your Business Can't Be Verified. If you don't receive correspondence from Meta on the status of your verification for two days, contact your Sinch Account Manager. They will reach out to Meta for an update.
