To use the WhatsApp channel of the Conversation API, you must have a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). WABAs usually undergo the Meta business verification process. If there are any issues during the verification process, you may be required to upload documents that verify your identity or business details.
If you encounter any other issues during the verification process, see Troubleshoot Why Your Business Can't Be Verified. If you don't receive correspondence from Meta on the status of your verification for two days, contact your Sinch Account Manager. They will reach out to Meta for an update.
