A customer can port a number from another Business Solution Provider as long as:

  • The customer owns the number.
  • The number is not a toll-free number.

The customer will need to contact their existing Business Solution Provider and disable two-factor authentication for the number. Then, the customer will work with their Sinch Account Manager to migrate the number.
