Where can I find my SMS channel's Service plan ID?

Sinch provides SMS functionality via SMS channels on Conversation API apps. Conversation API calls (that make use of an SMS channel) often require the corresponding SMS channel's Service plan ID.

To locate your SMS channel's Service plan ID:

1. Log in to the Sinch Build Dashboard.
   
   
2. Select SMS from the left menu and select the SMS Channel option. The SMS Channels page is displayed.
   
   
3. Locate the appropriate SMS channel.
   
   You will be able to view and copy the SMS channel's Service plan ID under the Service Plan ID column.
