The US Campaign Manager Portal tool allows you to create and submit your messaging campaign for approval by US carriers. In the US, campaign approval is required before sending and receiving SMS A2P messages on a short code.
To access the Campaign Manager Portal, login to the Sinch Customer Dashboard and select the SMS menu option on the left panel and then click the US Campaigns option from the TOOLS section:
Provide the complete details of your campaign by following the step-by-step instructions and then submit it to Sinch for review. Once submitted, status updates and approvals will be sent by email. Status information is also accessible online and can be viewed in the US Campaigns section of the Sinch Customer Dashboard: https://dashboard.sinch.com/sms/us-campaigns.
