One-way messaging

With Sinch one-way SMS you will:

  • Leverage lower rates when sending domestic traffic
  • Make sure all your critical communications are delivered in the moment of need
  • Get access to our direct operator connections to select specific routing
  • Have the ability to run cost-effective marketing campaigns.

Additionally, you can check the Country Information Dashboard to find out if your location supports 1-way numbers.

Alphanumeric sender IDs

To send 1-way SMS messages, you need to use an alphanumeric sender ID.  This is an 11 character code that allows you to send one way messages as well as being a brand identifier.
