Thanks for you question Mattias. I have checked with the development team and message ID is different from batch ID. However according to the development team, there are a couple of options available for you. An alternative to using a callback is to poll the API by requesting a delivery report. Additionally, if you wish to return an array of messages, we would recommend using the MSISDN rather than the message ID.

Hi Tomas, apologies for the inconvenience. I have worked with our support team to investigate your account and you appear to already have a service set up. You may wish to test your service by using our API reference to send a message with your account credentials. (Let me know if you have access to these.)
Additionally, the problems you are experiencing with viewing your service could be due to a dashboard error. We would advise you to contact onlineteam@sinch.com as they are best placed to investigate dashboard related issues.

Thank you for you query Allene, we're sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties using Sinch. The issue could be with your TPS. TPS stands for Transactions Per Second and measures the amount of messages that can be sent through your account in a given time frame. A low TPS could make it difficult to send a high volume of messages quickly.
As a next step, we would recommend you raise a ticket with the support team to confirm that low TPS is causing the issue.

For your clarification Tomas, message ID on the Dashboard Message Search is the same as batch ID in the API reference.

Hi Mohamed, unfortunately it's not possible to send an SMS to a Sri Lankan number. Sri Lanka does not support 2-way numbers. It's possible to send SMS messages from Sri Lanka to Australia using alphanumeric sender IDs. You can find out how to register an alphanumeric sender ID by reading our Community article - How to register your alphanumeric sender ID? , or you may contact your account manager. If you want to get an idea of which countries support which services, have a look at our Country Information Dashboard. Our product team tries to keep it as up to date as possible, but Sinch offerings can change, so it's always worth posting on the Community forums!

Hi Mohamed, if you have a Sinch account, there are a couple of ways to get a 2-way Australia number:
Contact your account manager and ask them to order an Australia number
Buy or rent an Australia number through the Sinch Dashboard. The Dashboard allows you to choose the country (Australia in your case) and capability (SMS in your case).

Hi Jim, the sample you got matches the documentation for recipient delivery report https://developers.sinch.com/docs/sms/api-reference/sms/tag/Webhooks/#tag/Webhooks/operation/deliveryReport. This is the format expected when `type` is set to `recipient_delivery_report_sms`. As a rule, when type is set to delivery_report_sms you will get the JSON with the statuses array. We would recommend for you or your team to double check the value of the delivery_report parameter. It will be a recipient delivery report when it is set to per_recipient or per_recipient_final .
