The af2m Ethics Commission dedicated to Business Messaging (BM) services adopted on May 29, 2024 a new charter applicable from September 1, 2024. The Business Messaging charter brings together the rules to be respected by all actors involved in sending or receiving messages within the framework of Business Messaging services (Push SMS A2P, conversational SMS Time2Chat and RCS).
